The Therapy Suite Hair and Beauty salon was founded in 2009 by mother and daughter, Pauline and Rebecca. We, along with our ever-expanding team of professionals, are proud to offer a wide range of hair and beauty treatments and complimentary therapies to the highest standard for both male and female clients. We specialise in pamper parties and wedding services and are delighted to offer an exclusive concept - Photography Portrait packages. All of our clients are treated with the highest standard of professionalism and care in warm, relaxing and hygenic surroundings. We are proud to be using a natural and exclusive product - Aromatherapy Associates - for all our face and body treatments.

All of our products are available to purchase to allow you to continue your treatment at home.
SPA EXPERIENCE
To aid relaxation and provide a truly indulgent and nurturing experience we have a relaxation lounge, robes and slippers - for your comfort - and complementary drinks. Shower facilities are available before and after treatments if desired. In order to maintain a tranquil experience and to respect other clients; mobile phones should be switched off, or on silent mode prior to entering the relaxation lounge.
LATENESS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to stated treatment time. Treatment times listed represent appointment duration. Please understand that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next client. We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations or a charge may be incurred.

I made an appointment with Nicola at 12:15 for Shellac. I believe she was off sick, and a colleague had to pick up her appointments - totally understandable! However, it would have been nice, not to mention helpful, if I had been informed that a) Nicola was off and b) appointments were running behind when I arrived. I didn't get taken until 12:40 which then meant a mad dash back to work as I only get an hour for lunch. I could have used the 25 minute wait time to run some other errands that I had, that in the end I wasn't able to do, due to lack of time. I'm happy with my nails - the above is purely a suggestion to keep clients informed, particularly those who have appointments over the lunchtime period.
