Apts we’re running late Offered tea or coffee but no decaf available Therapist was on reception and had no idea how to use the computer and proceeded to tell me when we did get to the treatment room, that she was new and had received no training in how to use the computer( I was there for treatment, not to hear about this) I did not receive a consultation prior to therapy I was not asked what oil scents I preferred ie woody, flowery The gentle relaxing music stopped after 10 min into treatment. The therapist didn’t realise and I had to ask her to put it back on. Despite booking a 45 min hot stone massage, only 20 min was on the back massage. More time was allocated to me lying on my back whilst she rubbed oils into my hair and scalp which I did not appreciate I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, however, this was my first visit since it changed hands. Going by my experience today I won’t be returning
