Had a lovely experience here today with my daughter. The environment was very relaxing and clean. Everyone was welcoming. The therapist was very professional making me feel totally relaxed and checked that I was comfortable. My body treatment was absolute bliss and I came away feeling very relaxed and my skin was lovely and soft from the products used. Thank you for a lovely time and for calling me back when a spot became free after a cancellation. I will definitely come again.

Relaxing and spotlessly clean environment. Friendly welcome. Lovely therapist who took every care with treatment for both myself and my daughter in difficult conditions. Excellent after care advice. Will definitely return and recommend.

Ieva carried out a wonderful hot stone massage with nice deep pressure. The salon felt very safe with good COVID safety measures in place-hand soap & hot towel on arrival, face mask and visor worn by all staff, masks expected to be worn by customers, no waiting room/magazines on offer, entry by appointment only and door locked on arrival. The staff were very friendly and made you feel safe. I would thoroughly recommend The Treatment Loft to anyone.

My treatments were fantastic and both the ladies that treated me were lovely. My only very small critique would be the room was a little cold for a massage and I wasn't able to get the full massage (collar bone, face & head) due to covid however this was not reflected in the price. I will however return as overall it was really lovely. Thank you:)

Thank you for you for taking the time to review your treatment. I am concerned to hear that you were not warm enough as we have plenty of warm fluffy towels to ensure your comfort. Your therapist would have been happy to provide these for you. If you visit again then please do not hesitate to ask your therapist for extra towels. I believe she did check with you but the body temperature naturally drops as you relax so you can start to feel cold as the treatment progresses. Unfortunately, the government are not allowing us to include the mini face cleanse & tone that is normally included in this treatment due to Covid 19 rules. This will change again from 1st Aug. However, to compensate your therapist spent longer on the body massage to ensure you received the full 60mins hands on time. Therefore, the price remained the same. We have not increased our prices or charging for PPE as a result of Covid 19. I do hope this clears up any concerns & we look forward to seeing you again soon.

I booked a deluxe pedicure and was a little unsure what to expect as the treatment seemed quite expensive. I was pleasantly surprised and the treatment exceeded my expectations, my feet and legs were massaged for much longer than a standard pedicure and I also had a shoulder and neck massage whilst my feet were in hot boots. I would definitely recommend this treatment, it is defiantly worth the extra money and very relaxing.
