I have had many a facials in my time but this one was by far the best ! I had Jeva she was super she made me feel at ease there was even a question how nervous you were feeling which I thought for a new person was a good idea . The facial from start to finish was so relaxing I even received a foot rub super as my feet were so cold , a arm rub and hand rub plus a Indian head massage which I was expecting. The therapist never leaves the room always Pampering while they wait for Other procedures to take . I feel relaxed slightly sleepy all soft and very clued up on my skin products that jeva got stop on with informing me what my skin needs Iv found my new go too when I need some Pampering from this mad busy life .

An excellent massage.Great pressure (always checked) wonderful routine smooth and flowing ,lovely warm couch, a very professional treatment by IEVA ,I would ask for her again.

I enjoyed my experience at the Loft. Just one point as it was a hot day I did begin to get quite hot could have done with a fan or similar. Abby was very good and made me feel very comfortable. Will certainly return at some stage.
