I so needed this treatment, yet it was a bit of a £ stretch (as so many things are these days!); but my god was it worth it. Jo - thank you. I felt really listened to and understood. The questions helped me relax & direct Jo so that my massage would have most positive impact. It was SUCH a good massage and I'm really grateful for the care that was taken over me. Thank you & I will 100% be re-booking.
