I had a lovely experience at this spa all the staff were welcoming and friendly. My massage was one of the best I had and my lovely therapist Sam listened to everything I asked for and the massage felt very tailored to me and where my problem areas were. My only negative was the noise you could hear from outside the room as there’s no extra door between the reception and treatment rooms, but I soon zoned that out and really enjoyed the music in ambience in the room. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments at such a friendly and quality place.

The only criticism I would have is that on arrival at 1.05 ish for a 1.15 appointment there was no one around to note my arrival, the same for another customer. I wonder if the staff lunch breaks could be staggered so there was someone on reception to welcome you in and tell you to sit down or whatever. Before I have been asked to come in a few minutes early to fill in a questionnaire. Else Sam was very attentive and I had a lovely back massage. She made sure no oils were going to kick off a migraine as has happened to me before elsewhere (lavender). It was all very relaxing, just what I needed.

I received a voucherfor my birthday and chose a 1 hr hot stone massage. Feliciano therapist was very professional, explaining the process and listening to whatIwas wanting. I left feeling so relaxed.
