My 2 Granddaughters aged 11 and 13 had 2 teen treatments-a manicure and facial.Both treatments were carried out by Ieva and Abi who were delightful with the girls throughout.They treated them as adults chatting to them and instigating conversation.They offered advice on skin care. They were most professional, relaxed and made the girls feel at ease from the outset.The Treatment Loft takes the utmost care with covid protection .I have no hesitation in recommending this salon.
