Environment is lovely and salon was busy as usual, which is fine. The reason I have reduced the score fractionally was because the stylist at the next chair was very boisterous, with a very loud laugh but she was having a laugh with the customer so no worries.

everything is great, service, staff etc. (Only niggle - it is very draughty if you're sitting near the door which is constantly being opened and closed). I hope the new salon has double doors/chairs away from the door.

This was my first visit back to the salon for over a year. The precautions taken, the reduced number of clients and the care and attention from all staff were amazing and really helped me to relax and feel safe. Thankyou to everyone who has worked so hard to put all these COVID precautions in place. Brilliant Sadly my colour today was disappointing only in that it was so much darker than the photo we were working to. However your lovely receptionist has booked me in already to get it sorted! Top marks for service and customer care.
