Comment
As a customer of TP for many years, the quality of hair washing by apprentices is generally poor (Hale & Knutsford). Please train them to wash the whole head, not just the top, with enough shampoo, better head massage and properly rinsed. It’s not difficult but they continue to lack attention (or ability). Your hairdressers however are great at both hair washing, styling etc. Louise in Knutsford is a star.
