For a high street salon the general ambience and setting was fine and the treatment good. The only problem was noise from the reception and nail treatment area which could clearly be heard in the treatment room and impacted on the relaxed atmosphere of the room.

I’ve been visiting this salon since I moved to sawbridgeworth. It has changed a lot since my first visit and I thoroughly recommend it now to anyone who asks me where I get treatments done. The staff are lovely and very professional.

The lady was absolutely lovely but I’m not overly pleased with the quality. Shame because I want to support local but find unless I go in to London I don’t get the same quality and there isnt big enough a cost saving to stick with local.

Found the treatment room noisy as could here other clients talking in the salon.wasn’t asked if l had any allergies etc before my treatment.
