There has been a problem wothbth temperature of the water at the downstairs sinks for as long as I remember. I sat next to another client today who said her husband is a plumber and the problem would be very easy To fix and would only cost about £150.

As a business that shouts about being environmentally friendly why do you light cheap nite lights which send up smoke into the atmosphere. They are not needed. Plastic foliage about the salon also not under green ethos Stickers on mirrors tired and possibly out of date. Aveda pop up cards on work stations tired and dirty I have been coming to this salon for a number of years, have hardly ever seen the owners. Have never been acknowledged by them. The staff within the business very friendly and always busy. As business owners do you care for your customers and their loyality. As a customer my loyalty is to your staff and the product.
