Due a mistake in booking when I arrived today I was told my appointment was for the 26th,thankfully Megan came to my rescue and arranged for 2 colleagues to help. My colour and cut were done by Laura and Kayley, both lovely girls and I am more than happy with the results, all 3 mentioned were outstanding and did everything they could to ensure my satisfaction following the hick up my booking, please pass on my thanks again. However I was very disappointed with the young lady who gave me the complimentary massages! During the treatments she did not attempt to engage with me at all, despite my efforts to start a conversation she did not respond. During my hand massage she was silent and throughout was yawning and looking out of the window. It was a similar experience at the back wash, rushed and robotic, not my usual experience at all. I have visited this salon for more than 10 years and it is not in my nature to complain, however this young lady clearly needs further training and guidance on service, engagement and building rapport. Today's experience has not put me off nor would I not recommend but I would probably decline the services next time if it was the same girl. Sorry to complain but I would hate for others to experience the disappointment I did today.
