Despite the unsettling feeling of having to wear a face mask, Amber made me feel really welcome and relaxed. I don't like to be seen as unsociable but I'm not keen on talking a lot at the hairdressers- I see it as time to switch off. Amber was clearly ok with this and I felt comfortable the whole time. Amber listened to what I wanted and did just that. I was really pleased with the subtle finish she gave my hair which I don't always manage to get. I was also pleased that in having it blowdried and not overly styled with straighteners it felt and looks a lot healthier than usual. My hair felt and smelt wonderful afterwards- I'm not sure if it's ever felt healthier! Thanks Amber x
