Lovely, friendly staff who listen to you, don't impose their views on you and give you honest advice. They do a fantastic job on your hair but also make you feel incredibly welcome on every visit. Always look forward to my appointments.

Overall experience was great; from the relaxing neck massage, the cold juice on a very hot day, and the excellent cut (and chat!) provided by Abbie, I'm really happy I went to Aveda. The salon is a little cramped - they feel a bit shoehorned into the space, and since it's so small you smell all the treatments being used (lots of coloring!) which is the reason why I didn't rate the space a 10, but everything else was wonderful.
