Environment was very relaxing, I enjoyed the candles and head massage during my hair wash. I also enjoyed the minimal small talk during the hair cut, this was also very relaxing. I had my hair cut by a lady called Claire, she did exactly what I had requested and gave me advice on how to maintain the style and look after my hair. I left feeling so good about my hair and very pleased with the cut. I chose to go to urban therapy as I like Aveda products due to being cruelty free but also the high standard of staff that work there. I was not disappointed. Thank you for my lovely hair cut abd experience.

First time here with Laura highlighting and cutting my hair. She listened to what I asked for and gave some excellent advice. I have already booked my next visit as I was very pleased with my hair and service. Thank you

They have exactly given me what I asked for. I have beige blond hair and it’s really difficult to maintain the colour and treat it but they have done a great job, I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Urban Therapy for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have really poor hair, thin and fine but Ben works wonders and always gives good advice as to looking after my hair.
