Ive been coming here since I moved to Nottingham and I can honestly say it is the best hair salon. Im not particular about who does my hair as they are all wonderful. From stepping foot in the salon you are made to feel welcome and this is all down to Tracey, she is just fabulous.

Ben and could look after you so well . Ben knows my hair and looks after my hair so well .. finally a haircut if I don’t go back every few weeks it still looks good .. though if it’s up to my time I go to Ben every four weeks . For a mens womens anything in between Ben just knows what you need . Thank you to the team for making me feel so comfortable

This was my first time at Urban Therapy and I loved it. They offered a complementary head and shoulder massage to begin with which was wonderful. I had booked my appointment with Laura and she was brilliant. She's professional, very skilled, friendly, and really listened and took on board what I was saying. Honestly couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you Laura!
