My partner actually booked me a surprise haircut because i have moaned about it for so long. I had my hair cut yesterday by Milly and overall the whole experience was nothing less than a perfect pamper. When i arrived i was welcomingly greated and offered a drink, i opted for a cup of tea which came out it a little tea cup, with milk and sugar on the side to make to my liking. I was then offered a neck and head massage and they allowed me to pick the massage oil which smelt divine and it was so relaxing. I was then greeted by Milly who i was initally jubiace about cutting my hair as i have think curly hair previously cut by Ben at Aveda who also did such a fantastic job. She proceeded to ask my what am i thinking? How would i like it cutting, i shown her a picture of the way it was cut previously, she asked me how much i wanted chopping off as it had grown considerably long since the photo. She shown me to the washing bay, washed my hair and gave me a head massage at this point i grown to a point of comfortability as Milly was super friendly and real chatty and understanding of what i wanted, i instantly felt comfortable knowing she was gonna be able to achieve it. She then brushed through my hair with such ease and started cutting it. After that she added product and diffused it. I am so happy with the outcome. My hair didnt look sticky, dry or full of product, it looked so natural, bouncy and healthy. I couldnt be happier with it. I have rebooked to have my haircut again by Milly and i genuinely am really looking forward to it. Thank you to Milly and the Aveda team for making something as simple as a haircut such an enjoyable experience

So good. I arrived with hair that hadn't been cut for three months, and the stylist understood what I wanted but went slowly to start with so she didn't cut off too much. She ended u staying a extra 45 mins to get it right. (I didn't realise it was that long till I left the salon.) And on a bank holiday Friday too. Excellent service. Plus lovely head and neck massage to start with a choice of oils and good firm hands. Thank you very much!

Tint was left all round my face. I booked in for a permanent/semi permanent colour and was given a regrowth tint. The middle section of my hair is still a different colour, and very warm.
