Those that don’t have curly hair will never understand how hard it is to find someone who actually does know how to cut curls. I have had sooo many bad haircuts over the years from stylists who say they know how to cut curls when they actually don’t. This is my first time having my hair cut with Ben and I know I have finally found someone who knows how to cut treat and look after curls. Can not recommend him enough!!

First to visit to Urban Therapy and I will definitely be back. I’ve struggled to find a stylist who really understands curly hair and the nightmare it can be but Ben is a curly hair genius! He asked loads of questions about my hair and how I looked after it before we began, really listened to me and what I wanted. My curls looked amazing when he’d finished with no hard sell on products or push to rebook. Well organised Covid-19 planning and Salon is lovely and relaxing.

The salon is lovely and welcoming from the outset. There is such a lovely feeling and it’s clear how much everyone gets on and looks after each other. Hayley is the most amazing hairdresser, seriously she is insanely talented, I could sit in her seat all day. The best colour I have ever had. Thank you so much H, I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with a colour x

Fabulous salon, friendly team and safe environment. The Aveda products are fantastic and I won't go anywhere else now. Handy parking, bus and tram stops nearby too.
