As always, the atmosphere was really good and Nicole manages people in a kind and sensitive way. She is very calm and such a nice presence in the place. Hope the non-toxic cleaning things are still being used as you said they would be. It might be nice to serve a small biscuit with the tea- you used to do that. Thank you, Claire Sparrow
