Really needed my complementary neck and head massage today...lovely! I wish there was an option for it to last 5 or 10 minutes for a small fee. Harriet cut my hair beautifully again and I left feeling able to face the teeming multitudes in the Broadmarsh Centre. My only grumble, the LOUD and very unrelaxing music.

Its soo relaxing I use to hate hairdressers as I worried things would go wrong as my hair is quite awkward, & always felt judged, as I pay fair bit for my hair I always end up at fairly cool places. But this cool saloon is an exception to the rule. I feel I can truly relax here & blend into the background, & if I fiddle around nobody bats an eyelid (as I'm a bit of a fidget). I love the little touches the complimentary massages, all the assistants seem so loverly & not forced and seemed to be genuinely themselfs Which must be a accredited to management for just letting them be themselfs no matter how shy or outgoing they are. This is refreshing in the forced business world. And lastly but most importantly my stylist is a dream, she will not allow me to go too crazy, I think she knows I suffer from boredom & I'm influenced by new styles things that may not suit me and she's truly calmed my once crazy but (now) delightfully different hair, it's so much easier to control, I feel very confident in asking her anything hair related she is friendly but super efficient, so at least that's one thing in my life I can relax about. Also she seems to know when I'm exghuasted & just want to be quiet . AND I LOVE MY HEAD BEING MASSAGED. Twice I have nearly fallen asleep - this is amazing as at times I have feared hairdressers & felt constantly on edge, So if you want a nice relaxing unpretentious atmosphere with good stylists - it's defiently worth a visit.

Always a good experience visiting Aveda. Staff are very polite and professional and my stylist Laura makes an excellent job of colouring and cutting my hair. You are offered a complimentary head massage when you arrive and drinks are readily available. . Would recommend whole heartedly.

Monday is the best day to come - not too crowded and everyone has time to do things slowly and methodically. Nicole is great, she is the best listener and is excellent at all her ideas, suggestions and has a very good touch for washing hair!

Great team, as always I felt that the results for me were really important to Harriet the stylist and the rest of the team I spoke to. Been coming for 10 years and no plans to stop!
