After having experienced bad treatment in the past I was a little nervous of having my brows done again. Elaine is so professional and lovely she made me feel totally relaxed and the end result was amazing. Would highly recommend her. The salon front lady was so lovely too, made me feel very welcome and couldn't of been nicer.

Everything about this salon is great, from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the offer of coffee and biscuits or water. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls. All the hairdressers are friendly and highly skilled. I have been coming for years to have my hair done at Walnut, and even though in the past, I have been a little bit of a maverick, and have had my hair cut somewhere else - impulsively, I have still been made welcome once I have come back, and haven't strayed to another salon for around 4 years now! Angela has pandered to me and my wild hair, impressively and patiently!

Staff very friendly as I arrived early for my appointment, I was offered a coffee which was lovely and appreciated and thoughtful.
