First time with Grem/Beth/Rose now Natalie is on Mat leave and I couldn’t be happier ... Greta job!! And everyone makes you feel so welcome! Pampered with a massage when you have your hair washed and also offered drinks, crisps and nuts !! Such a personal touch I love it!! What a team x
