I do feel that your reward system for beauty is very unfair for example I might have one visit which costs £20 and the next time I might have 4 treatments which costs £80 yet I receive the same reward. Wouldn't it be fairer if the reward system was related to the cost or even to the number of treatments rather than the number of visits?
