After so long due to lockdown it was a relief and a pleasure to have my hair cut and coloured. I can’t speak highly enough of Beth who did my hair exactly as I wanted it and it was good to see her again and have a chat. So pleased that hairdresser’s are open again and I can highly recommend this one!

Amazing how well Jill and the team have done in maintaining the atmosphere and welcome at Watkins Wright. Very high standards of safeguarding for clients and staff and we've found we can manage without coffees and magazines. Look forward to the full team being back before too long but for now keep us your great work. Happy Christmas.

As this was the first time I had been to the salon since February I was a bit apprehensive about how things would work with Covid restrictions. I need not have worried because everything was very smooth with plenty of sanitisers, social distancing, and care with towels and combs etc. I am so grateful to my stylist Beth for fitting me in and for the colour she did my hair. My hair had gone very yellow with the sun and I now how have a new shade that I love and my husband approves of! Jill is to be congratulated on everything about the salon. I have been going there for about 17 years and will continue to do so as it is so well run.

As ever the salon was welcoming. It is such a well kept shop with no hair left lying around. Today was a very cold day and I found the salon a bit on the chilly side. After being a client of the business for many years I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else even if it was cheaper!! All the staff are very pleasant and the business is a credit to Jill who owns it.

I do feel that your reward system for beauty is very unfair for example I might have one visit which costs £20 and the next time I might have 4 treatments which costs £80 yet I receive the same reward. Wouldn't it be fairer if the reward system was related to the cost or even to the number of treatments rather than the number of visits?
