Everyone very welcoming and helpful. As a client with limited mobility, I can only think that my visit could be improved by easier access, ie slope rather than step to entrance (and a downstairs loo!), but that doesn’t in any way put me off coming back regularly. I can’t fault the salon, the treatment and quality of the service. I’ve never enjoyed going to the hairdresser so much.

All staff are very friendly and courteous and my hairdresser Natalie is brilliant, always gives a first class service and her expert opinion on hair is always professional and honest. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone !
