A special thanks to Shannon and your other stylist, tall and dark haired, who were both very helpful when I had to return to the salon to call home for help. I could not start my car. Both girls were very kind and identified the problem just as my husband arrived. Fully mobile within a minute. It was the steering lock. Lovely staff. Do look after them. A very nice atmosphere and a lovely coffee and biscuit while I waited for my appointment.

My appt was changed for no apparent reason. When contacted I thought it was so another client could be fitted in. This was not the case

Always a delight to have my hair done at Watkins-Wright. The only slight niggle for me, are that the new lights around the mirror are a little bright for me. Thank you
