I am happy to give a hearty recommendation to anyone I know. My stylist is a joy,my hair always looks as I like it after my style. I have absolutely no complaints regarding treatment and ambience,however I do feel that a 10% increase in cost is a little above inflation and although I am happy to pay the price,I do feel it incumbent upon me to mention this.

I had a 30 minute wait but it was caused by a very nervous and indecisive customer just before me. I was well looked after and enjoyed a lovely coffee and biscuit. The receptionist sat with me for a while and we had a very nice chat. I also enjoy the magazines. Had excellent service from my stylist.

Excellent hair cutting by professional and friendly staff who really listen to what I want. My stylist is invariably ready for me when I arrive and it is clear that the salon (Kirkbymoorside) is well-run. They manage really well in what is quite a small space.
