I am happy to give a hearty recommendation to anyone I know. My stylist is a joy,my hair always looks as I like it after my style. I have absolutely no complaints regarding treatment and ambience,however I do feel that a 10% increase in cost is a little above inflation and although I am happy to pay the price,I do feel it incumbent upon me to mention this.

Due to an unexpected delay in the salon I had a 15 minute wait, but was made most welcome and enjoyed a delicious coffee and mince pie. I am a regular customer and I note the positive and friendly atmosphere in the salon. I was also given vouchers as I am our WI President and offered a session for the WI members to visit the salon and receive a voucher. Good publicity. I have already recommended the salon to friends and am told it has already worked.

A while ago I had a wet cut and blow dry for £19. So no shampoo, conditioner etc. Today I had the same work done but was charged £30. I'm hoping it was a genuine mistake. I used a £5 voucher so actually paid £25. Could someone please check and let me know what will happen? I was very pleased with the cut and blow dry. I log all my spends and have just noticed this discrepancy. Many thanks. Chris M

I always have a good experience in the salon. Staff are friendly and courteous and I never have difficulty arranging an appointment.
