Highly satisfied with my appointment on the 19th november,Alex the tutor was on hand to guide and advise the student through my hair treatment which was a colour/highlights/cut and blowdry,excellent service from all the staff concerned, would certainly recommend.

The scores given are not a 10 because nothing is perfect, so 9 is representative of very good scores. The reason I've given 8 for the environment is because the toilets are too far away from the salon, in my humble opinion & to get to them one has to walk through reception. The reason I've given 8 for service is because I would like to have a full head of lightener with a few low light foils but lightener is not offered as a full head colour?! Otherwise the service of all those at the salon is very good - exceptional actually.
