I arrived early for my appointment which was at 12.45 now I understand that it's a college and expected that student may run late. However, I was waiting for 45 minutes. Which would not be an issue as I believe there was some miscommunication. It happens. However, no one apologised for the wait not staff or student. Other than that the service was great and I love my hair. My styles did an amazing job.
