The salon is beautiful. The girls in the beauty salon really look after you. They are well supervised and do a pretty good job. The only comment I would make is that although the salon was vey quiet on the day of my visit I was kept waiting for some time for my appointment. If running late let you know as we are are all very busy.

Exceeded my expectations, really polite and helpful staff, lovely spa environment and very good facial treatment. I will return and definitely recommend.

The experience was great as usual apart from the fact that I was treated in the main salon rather than a private room and there was a group of students chatting and laughing all the time I was there which was very distracting and meant I didn't get the relaxing experience that I was hoping for. Jess my therapist picked up on this immediately and went to speak to them which unfortunately did not seem to have any effect. I appreciate they may have been practising or doing some training but it was very intrusive. I think this is a very important learning point for their future careers.
