I booked for a full body Aromatherapy treatment which was performed by Karen. She was very pleasant and professional and explained fully what the treatment entailed and how she would carry out the massage and endeavour to relieve my tension. I was totally relaxed and have to say that this is possibly the best massage I have every had. Needless to say I have booked to return in three weeks for an other session. Well done and I would highly recommend.

Revive is a fabulous name for your salon because after treatment I'm always revived👍 Jess is a really experienced therapist and the treatments I have at West Notts College are always brilliant, with time to adjust treatments when necessary.

The Spa area is all good. This was my third visit - the first time I came with with my 3 sisters in September - the showers were not in order and we used the mens/disabled showers between us. I came last week and the ladies shower on the right kept overflowing as the water was not going down the plughole. I had to get out halfway and change to the other shower - I highlighted this to the receptionist as I paid and left. I came yesterday and I was asked to use the men's showers as the ladies showers kept overflowing. I got in and tried to adjust the shower head and the whole shower/rail/ fell at my feet just missing them! I then highlighted this to the receptionist and used the one of the ladies showers that was working- Overall the designs of the showers is not very good - very constrained. Not a very good experience in the shower department.

Again another first class experience. Had a full body massage with Karen which was again excellent. She is very professional and thorough both in her assessment and the therapy given. Karen also advised me on a product to use at home which I purchased and will be using. Will be returning soon and will definitely recommend to friends.
