I've been having my hair coloured and trimmed at revive for over three years now and I'm usuall Very happy with the result. Unfortunately today I'm a little Disappointed. The cut seems good But I feel the student wasn't monitored as well as usual and attention to detail was missed. I am still very happy overall and would recommend revive as this is an unusual occurrance and can happen at any salon

Claire, my stylist, was in Reception to greet me and take me through to the Salon. As always Claire is very welcoming, friendly and most of all professional. She always makes sure that her clients get what they want while giving advice on products etc. Claire always escorts you back to reception to leave you in the capable hands of the receptionists. Today Leslie was on duty and like Claire is very welcoming, friendly and most of all all professional, Leslie booked my next appointment with Claire. I can assure you that if I was not happy with the treatment I received and the results I would not be a regular customer.

Lovely firm and relaxing massage, focusing specifically on the problem areas. Worked on the parts that were causing the pain and not just the places that was in pain.

Unfortunately this visit was not up to the usual standard from previous visits. The stylist appeared very nervous and unsure of the treatments she was providing. I have parts of my hair that did not get coloured and the blow drying and straightening felt very rushed.
