everyone is very friendly at the college. I do feel the beauty side could have been designed better with more space therefore privacy between beds and more pedicure chairs. the girls doing such treatments as waxing suffer with lighting because of the ambience required, soft lighting and music for those having relaxing treatments.

Staff was polite and pleasant on arrival but had got my appointment details completely wrong. After lots of "toooing and frowing" ----( I'll have to go and find out several times.) I was there for 1hr 30mins ---)TO HAVE MY EYEBROWS DONE.I'll think twice before visiting again. This was all 1 day before my son's wedding. I then had to go on Friday and find a salon who would do nails.
