The experience was great as usual apart from the fact that I was treated in the main salon rather than a private room and there was a group of students chatting and laughing all the time I was there which was very distracting and meant I didn't get the relaxing experience that I was hoping for. Jess my therapist picked up on this immediately and went to speak to them which unfortunately did not seem to have any effect. I appreciate they may have been practising or doing some training but it was very intrusive. I think this is a very important learning point for their future careers.

The facial I had at Revive on Friday 2nd Feb was fabulous. From consultation to after care the therapist informed me of every step. Her product knowledge was fantastic for this level(2)and technique great. I have had many facials and this one was up there with the best.

I had my brows and lashes dyed. They were not as good as previously done. Brows were uneven an some lashes were missed

Comment

The stylist was chewing gum throughout the time she was doing my hair as well as checking her phone. This seemed unprofessional.
