I enjoy the experience of the college. You have to remember that it is a training college and you need to allow extra time for treatments with the trainees. The students are supervised and given plenty of guidance from their lecturers.

Treatment areas are too small. Sometimes other students should remember to keep their voices low in order not to spoil the atmosphere for clients. Products used are good quality.

I always have a good experience on my visits. I've had several different treatments and I'm very happy to use the service again. Staff are pleasant and polite .Overall ---GOOD.

I had my hair cut and blow dried by a lovely student called Georgia who made me feel at ease from the second she came out to reception. She was professional and confident throughout the appointment. As I have Aspergers Disorder I find having my hair cut difficult so this was a refreshing change for me to feel so at ease.

I enjoyed a Dermological facial and a back massage, carried out by two different therapists. Both therapists were courteous and professional (albeit perhaps a little nervous) and I would not hesitate to recommend any treatments at this excellent training college.
