As always Clare Guy was friendly and professional. However do not like the new loyalty card system whereby you get £5 off products for a number of reasons (a) seems just a ploy to get you to spend more money (b) have never wanted to buy any products as at 70 I am happy with the products I use (c) a pity you hadn't asked your clients before changing the system as I would prefer the system as before where you got a discount off a treatment after completing the card. The new system gives me no incentive!! On a totally different subject, congratulations on acting on the comments I left previously regarding the disabled toilets, WELL DONE!!

My treatments were a hot stone massage, pedicure and manicure. The therapist was extremely thorough in explaining each step of the process she was about to perform before commencing. She gave lots of tips and helpful advice during the treatments and was very enthusiastic about her profession. She also highlighted other treatments available in the spa and products available to purchase. I would highly recommend and wish her well in her future career.

Whilst I was treated professionally and friendly as usual by the salon staff especially Claire, during the course of my visit I needed to use the toilet and as I feel uncomfortable going through the reception area whilst I have my roots being 'done' I had in the past used the toilet in the spa changing room but was told that was not allowed the last time I visited. This time I was told I could use the accessible toilet/changing room in the spa. As I work with people with disabilities, I was concerned to note that the red alarm cord was tied round the arm that lowers next to the toilet when it should be hanging free to the floor in case anyone fell, plus if the arm was to be lowered with the cord tied round it, it not only would set the alarm off but in all probability break it. Also it is nigh on impossible for one to reach the toilet paper. There is a place on the aforementioned arm for a toilet roll to be placed. When I mentioned this to Clare she asked me to look in the accessible toilet passed the reception area. Once again the red alarm cord was looped round, this time a grab handle when it should be hanging loose to the floor, also yet again it would be near impossible for a person with disabilities to reach the toilet paper whilst sitting on the loo, this time however there is no facility to put toilet paper within easy reach. I hope that this can be looked into and rectified as a matter of urgency. I am willing to discuss this matter with anyone.

Very welcoming on reception. All areas clean. Only slight improvement for perfect would be waterproof bags for wet swimwear & sometimes there's been cleanser to remove make up. Thanks for relaxing time

As usual Claire, my hair stylist, was friendly and professional. When I mentioned that I really could do with a back massage, she went to see if anyone was available after my hair appointment. She booked me in with Bayana and I have to say that I received the best massage I have ever had. So impressed with Bayana, I have booked another.
