Back massage very good. However, parking was an absolute nightmare … to the extent that I thought I would be late for my appointment …. I have booked again but the parking situation would definitely put me off … will park off site next time … which is such a shame as before there was no problem.! Arrived at my appointment very stressed!!

Freya was very helpful from consultation through to completion of final appointment. She answered every question that I had and was friendly and knowledgable throughout. Very happy with my hair!
