I booked a deluxe pedicure as a treat to myself and was looking forward to a relaxing experience. When I arrived the senior therapist was working alone. She was manning both the reception and also delivering treatments st the same time. During the treatment she had to physically leave me for 20 mins to deal with issues throughout the treatment and also people came in to talk to her and disturbed us continually. Once a member of the public actually came in the the treatment room as she was booked in for allergy testing and didn’t know what to do as reception was not manned so my therapist had to redirect her. The member of the public actually apologised to me. . I could tell that the therapist was trying her best but she was working under too much pressure and literally could not do two jobs at once. My treatment felt rushed and I couldn’t relax and I felt cheated when I paid £30 after basically sitting and being attended to while the therapist was being called away and disturbed continually . It was a real shame I am not sure I would book again or recommend you after this visit which is a shame as my previous visit ( for a massage) was excellent. From a health and safety perspective it was not a safe environment either as anyone could have walked in and also if I had been unwell or needed help there was no one to support her. I do not blame her at all for any of this.

As always Clare Guy was friendly and professional. However do not like the new loyalty card system whereby you get £5 off products for a number of reasons (a) seems just a ploy to get you to spend more money (b) have never wanted to buy any products as at 70 I am happy with the products I use (c) a pity you hadn't asked your clients before changing the system as I would prefer the system as before where you got a discount off a treatment after completing the card. The new system gives me no incentive!! On a totally different subject, congratulations on acting on the comments I left previously regarding the disabled toilets, WELL DONE!!

First time I have used the salon at West Notts College and I was very impressed. Watching the students was fascinating, enjoyable and funny. The professional tutors were excellent and i came away very happy indeed. Just need a long time to spare as it isn’t quick! But for the value for money this is no hardship, plus I found the whole experience very relaxing. I will definitely be coming again.

When I first booked the spa for myself and my daughters, I asked for a back massage for my daughter and a pedicure. I didn't realise there were varying types of massage and pedicure and when we arrived it was booked in for a full body massage for Chloe (she then said she would only like a back massage) and my pedicure for the top one. In future I will ask about other ones as when we got home there is more than one pedicure at varying prices. It just seems that the highest price range treatments were automatically booked in without us being told. Having said that we did have a very enjoyable time.

Revive staff are always so welcoming and friendly and available offer a great service, experience and advice. I always recommend my friends.
