Best service so far. Aromatherapy massage completed by Alix. She asked, she listened, and she most certainly delivered. Aftercare advice given and product recommendations. Most certainly recommended.

Treatment areas are too small. Sometimes other students should remember to keep their voices low in order not to spoil the atmosphere for clients. Products used are good quality.

I had a hot stone massage which I found to be very relaxing. The therapist was very thorough in registering my current well being and explaining the procedure of the massage. During the treatment she ensured that I was comfortable with the hot stones at all stages whilst she worked. She was also very professional and offered advice following the massage. Overall it was a very nice experience and I wish the therapist well in her future career. One point I would like to make is that I felt the ambience of the salon could be improved and made a little more relaxing, but thoroughly appreciate that students have to be observed during treatments.

Had a leg wax. Service good, aftercare advice good. Only negative was treatment took one hour not 30 minutes as detailed.
