Always made to feel welcome. Claire, the stylist on Saturdays, is very bubbly, chatty, but more importantly listens to what you want and makes sure you are happy with the result. She always gives me a first class cut and colour. The receptionist, whose name has slipped my mind, is also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the salon areas are spotless. Although I didn't use it this time, the spa is also fantastic. Already booked for my next appointment. Well done Revive.

I received a good service while at the salon, my hairdresser needs more confidence as I'm more than happy with my hair Just one thing- the students need to be aware of unprofessional behaviour and whispering about clients. Also the students need to be aware that they can be heard talking about the tutor and be seen to be pulling faces at the tutor behind their back

Staff always supervise the trainees really well. You have to realise that as trainees they take longer so make sure you are not in a hurry.

I find the the staff very friendly. And was very satisfied with my treatment and I would advise friends of mine to visit.
