First time using this service,from the consultation to the finish product everyone was so polite and professional,I explained what I wanted and got exactly that,I had a colour and cut and came out of the Salon feeling grat,Lisa who did my hair was a lovely person so thankyou to Lisa for making me feel so special.

Fearne was fantastic. I love my new hair do. The level one hairdressers were really friendly and I had 4 cups of tea whist I was in the salon! Really good experience.
