Always made to feel welcome. Claire, the stylist on Saturdays, is very bubbly, chatty, but more importantly listens to what you want and makes sure you are happy with the result. She always gives me a first class cut and colour. The receptionist, whose name has slipped my mind, is also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the salon areas are spotless. Although I didn't use it this time, the spa is also fantastic. Already booked for my next appointment. Well done Revive.

Excellent treatment by Jo qualified therapist but having the treatments in the bays can be noisy as you can hear students chatting

As usual Claire, my hair stylist, was friendly and professional. When I mentioned that I really could do with a back massage, she went to see if anyone was available after my hair appointment. She booked me in with Bayana and I have to say that I received the best massage I have ever had. So impressed with Bayana, I have booked another.

Very welcoming on reception. All areas clean. Only slight improvement for perfect would be waterproof bags for wet swimwear & sometimes there's been cleanser to remove make up. Thanks for relaxing time
