Always happy with service and finish. Have to remember to leave time as students so appointment takes longer. No complaints. Just a little cold.

We received a very warm welcome at the reception desk. I received an upgrade on my facial due to a level 2 student being absent so I got got a level 3 student who had more experience with the techniques. She was lovely and the treatment room was warm and relaxing. The facial was much more than I expected, with neck, arm and hand massage included. I left feeling very pampered.

Reception staff are always professional and delightful, tutors knowledgeable & observant. Students range in capability and experience but then they are also learners and I appreciate how conscientious tutors are when monitoring less experienced learners. I couldn't fault the level of service provided by a mature student on today's visit and I look forwards to seeing you again next week!

It would be helpful for the person manning the Reception desk , as well as for the clients and for the students. , if Reception could be covered at all times ,when Revive is open. I know this may not always be possible , but would be helpful for everyone
