The staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. You are welcomed with a complimentary drink and you can order snacks and a limited choice of wine should you wish to pay for these. The best thing about the salon is that, for me anyway, when you have a tint or colour there isn't any mirrors to see how awful you look while the tint is left to take. No looking at myself thinking how ridiculous I look!! There is always a friendly greeting and the staff soon get to know you. The stylists are thoughtful and try to help with any decisions you have to make regards cutting, colour, etc and they listen to what you want done.
