Love the salon and my stylist but my first visit after lockdown I was charged an extra £5 on my bill for the cleaning of the work station where I had my haircut. This was not pointed out to me when my reminder was sent by text and it wasn't until I entered the salon and had my hair washed and seated for the cut that I saw the small card on the mirror advising of the extra charge. I Would have liked to have had the choice before my appointment to make a choice to go ahead with my haircut or not.

I have really tried to make the service Charge as visible as possible. I sent emails to all guests if we had their email address re our Covid policy to outlining all the reasons for it,it really isn’t just for wiping down the sections. There are many reasons for it Which can be found on our website. Www.woo.uk.com. I also published on all of our social media platforms. Unfortunately I’m unable to put it on the text messages due to word count restrictions.I’m very happy that you normally enjoy coming to woo. Your feedback and custom is extremely important to me.
