Difficult to book appointment online. Had to call to get what I wanted. Computer system appears to give problems - had to be reloaded when I arrived (admittedly at opening time) not the first time in my experience. Hairdressing service excellent - very satisfied Professional advice rated zero because none asked for or received.

The hairdressers In this establishment are always very polite and friendly. Have been going to this hairdressers for the past12-15years. Very happy with the service there. Thank you all very much

The salon is a lovely setting and everyone seems super friendly. My hair cut was completed within good time and care seemed to be taken over it. My only criticism from my latest visit was that the young lady didn’t seem to really listen to what I wanted / asked for. I asked for my fringe to be cut to just below eyebrow or to sit on eyebrow.. she has cut it to above eye brow height so for me, this is far too short. I also mentioned twice (after she asked me) that I would like the straighteners to be used on my hair, but this was never done. Although, she did a great job at the blow dry, it probably didn’t need it anyway, but I still felt like she just forgot or didn’t listen as it wasn’t even mentioned that she felt it wasn’t needed or anything. I will happily return to the salon but would possibly ask for a more senior stylist in future. Their prices are amazing.

All of the stylists at Worthington are excellent. I am always amazed at how good my hair looks and feels after a visit.
