I would feel a whole lot more comfortable if money could be mentioned when discussing colouring. ie "we could do this - it will be x, or we can do that and it will be y" This also is the case when it comes to finishing rough dry v "blow dry"

Lovely, friendly service as usual. All staff are professional and provide fast but not rushed hair styling. Just went a little lower on overall environment, as noticed you've changed the seating arrangements for the waiting area, although these new chairs are smart and were fine for myself, some older customers may have trouble using them as they are very low, so would have trouble getting in and out of them. Perhaps you could provide one higher chair as well just in case.

The salon is a lovely setting and everyone seems super friendly. My hair cut was completed within good time and care seemed to be taken over it. My only criticism from my latest visit was that the young lady didn’t seem to really listen to what I wanted / asked for. I asked for my fringe to be cut to just below eyebrow or to sit on eyebrow.. she has cut it to above eye brow height so for me, this is far too short. I also mentioned twice (after she asked me) that I would like the straighteners to be used on my hair, but this was never done. Although, she did a great job at the blow dry, it probably didn’t need it anyway, but I still felt like she just forgot or didn’t listen as it wasn’t even mentioned that she felt it wasn’t needed or anything. I will happily return to the salon but would possibly ask for a more senior stylist in future. Their prices are amazing.
