I’ve been coming to Centre Stage for 20 years plus. Helen is my usual stylist and am always happy with the results. Each time she’s been on maternity leave, the replacement stylists have also been very good. Everyone is so friendly and efficient.

I realise that we are going through difficult times but I thought the meeting when I arrived at the salon was poor this time. Not only does wearing masks/vizors make it difficult to hear or see who is talking to you but speaking from the top of the stairs is less than ideal. When I reached top of stairs the person immediately turned around and because I just had to follow thought this was somewhat rude. Luckily this is not normally the way I've been greeted in the past (even since reopening) when it has been very friendly.

I think I must have really misunderstood about which colours were going to be put on my hair. Normally in summer, I have the lighter 2 of the 3. I didn’t notice that only one was being put on. We were chatting and I wasn’t paying too much attention when the colour was being applied. I was hot and uncomfortable with the mask on. However, I’m not really happy with the outcome - it’s just blonder than I’m used to. I’m really happy with the cut.
