Comment
The salon has responded incredibly well and laid out a logical one-way system through the rooms. The staff are respectful and sensible about the new arrangements, whilst remaining cheerful and welcoming. I felt relaxed and reassured during my appointment. It was lovely to see staff members again, and to feel that they were happy in their new environment.
